All HTML pages were authored and edited in Adobe Dreamweaver

Gif images were created in Adobe Illustrator.
The source file has the same name as the gif file but the extension is .ai.

Jpg images were created in Adobe Photoshop.
The source file has the same name as the jpg file but the extension is .psd.
